Welcome to Dublin
As its name implies, the serene suburb of Dublin has some pretty strong Celtic ties. Originally named after the capital city of Ireland, Dublin is now home to one of the largest Irish festivals in the world, as well as championship-caliber golfing, top-notch public schools, and so much more.
Find Home in Dublin
Dublin is one of Central Ohio's most popular communities for a reason—here, a unique Irish culture, a tradition of golfing, and year-round events converge to create a town that's far from your conventional suburb. Dublin is most commonly known for its Irish Festival, which is the largest three-day celebration of Ireland in the entire world. However, this area has so much more to offer, including highly rated schools, a robust network of parks and trails, and some of the most stunning homes near Columbus.

Live, Work, and Play in Dublin
Shopping & dining
Dublin might be a suburb of Columbus, but you won't have to travel into the city to shop the day away or savor a mouthwatering meal. Most residents get their shopping done at Dublin Village Center or The Mall at Tuttle Crossing. Dublin Granville Road is also dotted with countless retail centers, which include big-box stores, restaurants, and locally owned businesses. When you're feeling hungry, grab some grub from some of Dublin's best eateries. We recommend gourmet burgers from The Rail or Cafe Istanbul's Turkish cuisine.
Parks & recreation
Dublin is home to nearly 1,000 acres of green space, including 77 miles of trails and more than 65 developed parks, some of which feature riverfront views. In fact, many residents enjoy taking their boats out onto the Scioto River or the nearby Griggs and O'Shaughnessy Reservoirs. Dublin also operates an Art in Public Places collection, which brings locally made sculptures to Dublin's parks. Highlights include the Dublin Rec Center, Glacier Ridge Metro Park, and Indian Run Falls.
Younger residents of Dublin are served by the Dublin City School District, which operates three high schools, four middle schools, and fourteen elementary schools for its 16,000 students. Dublin City Schools has earned a coveted A+ rating from Niche.com, and three institutions within the district have been named National Blue Ribbon Schools. As if that isn't enough, all three of DCS's high schools were ranked as one of the 300 Best High Schools in America by Newsweek.
If you live in Dublin, you simply can't miss out on the Dublin Irish Festival. This massive get-together draws a global audience of more than 100,000 visitors every first weekend in August. Here, you'll be able to enjoy Celtic music, track your genealogy, check out cultural exhibits and games, and so much more. Dublin also hosts Independence Day Parades, a St. Patrick's Day Extravaganza, and various professional golf tournaments.
