A historic downtown

Some of Pataskala's most influential shops and eateries can be found along Main Street, the town's historic thoroughfare. Be sure to check out Ivory Barn, a stunning space with handmade furniture and other curated home goods. The Pataskala Chamber of Commerce puts on a number of events throughout the year, so there's always something unique happening here. Highlights include the local farmers market, the Pataskala Street Fair, and the Red, White, and United 5K to support United Way. You can also explore Pataskala artisans at the annual Watkins Memorial Athletic Association Fall Craft Show.

A+ education

If you're thinking of relocating to Pataskala, then it's worth looking into the area's public school system. Luckily, the city is served by Southwest Licking Local School District and the Licking Heights Local School District. Some students choose to attend Liberty Christian Academy or other nearby institutions in the Columbus area.

Parks and recreation 

Whether you love to golf, hike, or just spend time in nature, you'll always find a new outdoor adventure in Pataskala. In total, the community offers 127 acres of green space across seven parks. The Thomas J. Evans Foundation Park is the largest in Pataskala, boasting more than 78 acres of wooded bliss. Pataskala also has a municipal pool, sports courts, and nearly half a dozen nearby golf courses.
